The Forester is a durable two-row SUV that has gained many fans in La Vista. In addition to having the space that many people need, it has great capability and a reliable engine.
All of the trims that you’ll find at Baxter Subaru La Vista have the same type of engine. It’s a 2.5-liter version that can make 182 horsepower. Along with that, it can deliver 176 pound-feet of torque. Plus, it comes with symmetrical all-wheel drive, so you’ll have the traction you need to deal with difficult terrain. The SUV is responsive and quick, and it uses a Lineartronic continually variable transmission.
With all of this power, the Forester can tow a good amount of weight. It has a maximum towing capacity of 1,500 pounds when properly equipped. The interesting thing is that there’s now a new available trim called the Wilderness. Thanks to a slightly different design, the Forester Wilderness can tow up to 3,000 pounds.
